Scarlet Review: After one treatment

I’m a man so I’m not interested in skin too much.

But after military, I’ve got interest about skin.

<Before treatment >

When I go to dermatology doctor said that I need laser treatment at least 5 times, because I have a lot of acne scars.

After 30 minute apply anesthetic, started treatment. It was my first treatment so I was nervous.

It started from chine, forehead and nose. Chine and nose was painful, but other part was normal.

Treatment takes 20 minutes.

<After first treatment>

2 hours later after treatment, it was still red. It wasn’t painful anymore.

At night, I got back normal skin. Doctor recommended that apply moisture cream day and night.

It was my third visit. My skin still red, but doctor said it will be alright in two days.

Pores and acne scars is still not good, but it will be better like doctor said.

I’ve left 2 more treatment, I’ll be back again.

Since 2004 skin reconstruction laser faces a turning point with development of fractional laser. Adjusting the needle depth according to thickness of skin, it thinly operates wrinkle in eyelid or eye rims and cures cheek a little more deeply. And for the parameter which adjusts the strength of curing, there’s a way to deliver thermal energy for a longer period, though minute, by adjusting released power and on-time. Curing strength is adjusted by making on-time not long upon raising intensity, and making on-time long upon low intensity.

As there’s effect to disperse power according to surface area where electrical characteristic and structure face each other, when making depth of needle shallow and raising intensity, heat-damage can be focused on near part of epidermis, as local heat-damage is in reverse proportion with needle depth. And forming of callus is closely related to on-time increase, rather than intensity.

Callus similar to fractional laser’s micronecrotic debris mostly gets to be fallen off after a week without any mark. Generally, there’s little bleeding after surgery, but the deeper the depth, dot hemorrhage appears during surgery. Scarlet is a representing high-frequency apparatus which uses micro-needle RF technology, a dignified apparatus in one word.
